R.T. Jamison is a freelance writer whose fiction has appeared in the Bellevue Literary Review, Kenyon Review, Sou'wester, Water~Stone Review, and ZYZZYVA, among other publications.

A double Pushcart nominee, Jamison received the UCLA James Kirkwood Literary Prize in Creative Writing, and is an alumnus of the Community of Writers at Squaw Valley Workshop, the Lit Camp Writers’ Conference, and the Bread Loaf Writers’ Conference.

He has work in the short story anthology Buffalo Cactus and Other New Stories from the Southwest published by the University of New Mexico Press, and is currently working on his first novel.
